Learn how to create a third person video game from scratch using Unity.
Day 1 - Navigate the 3D environment and learn the basic workflow.
Day 2 - Use the Terrain tools to create an environment.
Day 3 - Import and set up a 3D character model with animations.
Day 4 - Learn the basics of coding a game in Unity.
Day 5 - Code a character's movements.
Day 6 - Code a character's animations and interactions.
Day 7 - Code the game's core mechanics and create special effects.
Day 8 - Create the user interface and port a game to a device.
This event occurs online through Zoom. Please provide your email at registration to participate. A device with access to the internet and speakers or headsets are required. An email will be sent before the event with more information on how to join.
Recommended Audience: Teen 13+ to Adult
*Please note: Unity software is recommended but not required to attend.
