Create a fun boho style bag. Learn how to make decorative bobble stitches while stitching your first crochet wearable!

This class is a series, held on Tuesdays,  August 20-27 and Tuesday September 3rd at 10 am. Students are expected to work on project between classes.

  • Class Duration: 2 hours
  • Age Requirements: 13-Adult, 11-12 with accompanying adult
  • Recommended Prerequisite: Crochet Level 1
  • Required Skills: Someone who easily handles standard stitches and can follow simple patterns.
  • Materials Fee: None
  • Out of District Fee: [$10 dollars per part of part of class] (includes class and materials fees)

Required Materials: Students must bring the following materials to complete the project:

About the branch

The Washington Park Branch serves the Carver Shores and Metrowest areas, along with the many other subdivisions and local businesses surrounding it. The Washington Park branch has a history that dates back to 1924. It is a combination of the former Booker T. Washington and Washington Shores Libraries. The two branches combined as one and opened in this current location on April 11, 1984. Although small, the glass walls on the front and back of the building create a bright, airy and comfortable atmosphere.
