Come meet Origami artist Al Aki and watercolor artist Patricia Steele Radovich.
Come meet Origami artist Al Aki and Chinese watercolor artist Patricia Steele Radovich. The artists blend the forms of Origami and Chinese watercolor into harmonious and bold art in their exhibit, Harmony of Origami and Chinese Watercolor.
Al does origami as a meditation and has performed at the Grand Opening of Uniqlo and Morimotos in Disney Springs, EPCOT, Universal Studios, and The Holy Land Experience. Like the sculptor who sees his creation in a block of wood, Al sees his Origami creations in a paper’s texture.
Patricia has been intrigued with Chinese Brush Painting ever since she received as a gift from her husband, a set of oriental brushes. She enjoys the beauty and variety of silk and rice papers and expresses her love of nature through this unique art.
Light refreshments will be served.
