Teacher: Jedidiah Stone A part of your path to wellness is education. Jedidiah is passionate about speaking one on one with our community and helping them navigate their way to a healthier lifestyle. Jedidiah has spent years helping our customers find more balance in their health and lifestyle by focusing on their mind, body and spirit.
You will always hear him say “I believe everyone has the ability to listen to what their body is asking for”. After 20 years experience, Jedidiah has honed his skills of listening to his clients through their words, body language and energy. This experience came through massage therapy, personal training and creating and formulating healing juice recipes. Most importantly his personal journey of helping his wife and daughter navigate their own personal health, has led him on the path of wanting to help anyone who asks.

Cuisine Corner is not recommended for children under 12. All children must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Any person disrupting or distracting from the presentation will be asked to leave. Only guests registered for the event will be allowed when event is full. Please make sure everyone in your party is registered. Guests must be present for entire presentation to receive sample if available.
Please arrive on time. Admittance will not be allowed 5 mins after event/presentation begins.

The Orlando Public Library is the headquarters and resource center for the Orange County Library System. The Library has been located at this site since its beginnings as the Albertson Public Library in 1923. Public Reference Departments in the Orlando Public Library include Children's, Library Central, and Learning Central. The Children's Library offers spacious areas, special programs, computers and story rooms for our youngest readers and readers to be. The Technology and Education Center is located on the second floor and includes the Dorothy Lumley Melrose Center for Technology, Innovation and Creativity. The Friends of the Library Third Floor Bookstore is open daily and recycles withdrawn and donated books to the community.
