NACA is a non-profit, community advocacy and homeownership organization. NACA presents a FREE workshop about the home buying process from start to finish. Registration is required at NACA.com.
The first step in NACA’s "Ten Steps to Home Ownership" is to sign up for a free NACA workshop near you. At the four-hour workshop you will learn the details about the NACA program and the home buying or refinancing process.
The incredible NACA mortgage allows NACA Members to purchase their homes with:

4. no requirement for perfect credit
5. below-market interest rate
Everyone gets the same incredible terms, including the below-market interest rate, regardless of their credit score or other factors. NACA also provides free, comprehensive housing services. NACA counsels Members into the extraordinary NACA mortgage using character-based lending criteria that takes each Member’s circumstances into account to determine whether they are ready for homeownership and what they can afford.

The Eatonville Library is located in the Town of Eatonville's Zora Neale Hurston Square. Eatonville is known as the oldest incorporated African American municipality in the United States.
The Eatonville Branch is a children's library featuring material and programming for children through the sixth grade. The branch serves the residents that make up the four residential quadrants of Eatonville - Calhoun, Catalina Park, Eaton Pointe, and Lake Lovely Estates. The collection, programs, and services are also available to all Orange County residents including residents of the City of Maitland and Winter Park through reciprocal borrowing.
