Summer Detox Drink
Jump into summer season with this easy to make and refreshing, summer detox drinks. Make enough to keep yourself and loved ones refreshed during hot summer days.
- 4 cups of brewed peppermint tea
- ½ cup strawberries and/or diced watermelon
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
- ¼ cup Aloe pulp
- Mix all ingredients and keep refrigerated.
- To ensure freshness drink within 5 days.
Watermelon- hydration, heart health, relief muscle soreness, can help reduce inflammation.
Lemons- hydration, vitamin C, may help prevent kidney stones, balances ph. Limes- lowers blood sugar levels, may reduce heart disease, inflammation and fight infections.
Strawberries- protects heart health, lower cholesterol, packed with antioxidants.
Aloe Vera- heals wounds, sooths, improves digestive system, clears acne, promotes intestinal detoxification.
Peppermint Tea- boost immune system, improves digestion, aids with weight loss, can help relieve anxiety.
