Attach buttons with a sewing machine to add that perfect accent to your project.
Skills Required: Participants must be able to wind a bobbin, thread a sewing machine, sew straight seams and cut fabric.
Age requirements: 13 years of age and up.
Required Prerequisite: Basic Sewing: Introduction to the Sewing Machine
If you plan on participating in this class, the materials required will be:
- Sewing Machine
- Scrap fabric, 12"x12"
- Optional: Stabilizer 12"x12", or a coffee filter
- Buttonhole Foot
- Button Foot
- Buttons (at least 2), 1" diameter or smaller
- Thread
- Scissors
- Seam ripper
