2-pieces cotton/cotton blend fabric, one for exterior and one for lining (14” X 5 “ )
4-pieces cotton/cotton blend fabric, for pockets (4.5" x 5"), use variety of prints for contrasting or different color from lining piece.
Thread: Sewing thread in a contrast color (feel free to substitute with any thread compatible with your needle)
Needle: Hand Sewing, Embroidery, or crewel needle (feel free to substitute with any hand sewing needles on hand)
Ruler and pencil, fabric chalk, or fabric pen
Embroidery floss (optional) for decoration

For FY2020-21 37.2% of the total cost for OCLS equipment, accessories, and services for virtual programs, events, and classes, as well as PPE and STEM Learning Kits ($64,689), is supported by federal money; 62.8% of this project ($109,311) is supported by local money. The total budget for this project is $174,000.
