In this two-part series (February 16 & 23), learn the craft of paper flower making using cardstock paper. We will introduce tools and techniques for creating handcrafted paper flowers. This month we are featuring the cardstock flower.
Day 1, February 16- Introduce materials, prep and paint petals, fringe center
Day 2, February 23- Cut petals and assemble the flower
- 6 sheets of 8.5X11" solid color cardstock paper (3 different colors preferred)
- Acrylic paint
- Scrap paper or newspaper to cover your work surface
- Hot glue gun (may substitute with tacky glue (a small brush to apply tacky glue if using) or extra-strength glue stick) --(day 2 only)
