The Food 101 series introduces you to a new topic every month, examining the historical and social significance of what we eat. In April, learn about Vegetarian Eating, and how it's consumed around the world. Registration required. This program is part of our NEA Big Read, a month long series of programs centered around Lab Girl. NEA Big Read is a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest, and our community is one of 70+ around the nation that received grant awards to fund programs like this one. We encourage you to check out our other events as part of this series, which can be found at www.ocls.info/bigread
