Live screen an excerpt of WUCF's documentary, PRESIDENTS IN FLORIDA. A virtual conversations about the presidential impact on the space industry in Central Florida will follow the screening.
WUCF’s documentary, Presidents in Florida uncovers the little-known stories that have created a long-standing bond between Florida and the White House. The screening will be followed by a live virtual conversation about the presidential impact on the space industry in Central Florida. Speakers include:
• James C. Clark, Author & Producer, Presidents in Florida
• Buddy Pittman, Producer, Presidents in Florida
• Amy Foster, Associate Professor, University of Central Florida
• Lori Walters, Associate Research Professor, University of Central Florida
The virtual screening will take place via OVEE, a web-based service that allows participants to watch streaming media together and chat live in a virtual theater. All you need to participate is a computer, tablet, or other device with a good internet connection. Before the event, we recommend you run a test to ensure OVEE works properly on your device. We recommend using Chrome web browser.

For FY2020-21 37.2% of the total cost for OCLS equipment, accessories, and services for virtual programs, events, and classes, as well as PPE and STEM Learning Kits ($64,689), is supported by federal money; 62.8% of this project ($109,311) is supported by local money. The total budget for this project is $174,000.
