Throughout history, botanists and artists have drawn and painted pictures of plants to help others identify them. The results blended science and aesthetics to create both beauty and accuracy. Attendees will learn about this unique art form and how to illustrate plants. Participants will need a pencil, carbon transfer paper, watercolor paper, and watercolor paints.
