What do Beatrix Potter, John Muir and you have in common? Nature Journals! This class is taught by Melrose Center Fab Lab Instructors.
Nature journaling is a way of observing the natural world in a wide view and close way, and it allows you to grow your thoughts about you see. In this four week series, we will explore some of the principles of nature journaling and watercolor.
Recommended Audience: Adults, Teens. You must be aged 13+ to register for this class.
*Please note: You will need the following materials to follow along and create your own artwork at home. These materials will allow participants to paint along with the instructor, but are not required to attend the program:
Recommended: watercolor paper or mixed media journal, watercolor paints, number 6 brush OR waterbrush, water, a pencil and Pilot G2 pen or water-resistant ink pen
