Drawing on decades of experience as a meditator and teacher, Adam Brady explains meditation in a simple, profound, and lighthearted manner for both the novice and seasoned meditator alike. Regardless of your experience or preconceived notions, you can learn to meditate and reap incredible rewards – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Adam Brady is a Chopra Global Master Educator, Certified Meditation, Yoga, and Mind-Body Wellness Instructor, Martial Artist and Author who has been practicing meditation for over 2 decades. He is the author of The Path To Stillness, A Meditator’s Guide; Warrior of Light, A Martial Arts Fable; and over 50 published articles on meditation, yoga, and mind-body health. Adam is dedicated to helping people transform their lives through a consciousness-based approach to living and for over a decade has been sharing his passion for meditation with hundreds of private and corporate clients, helping them tap into their own potential for stillness, peace, and healing.
