Join Southwest Book Club to discuss Talking to Strangers: What We Should Know About the People We Don't Know by Malcolm Gladwell. Gladwell argues something is wrong with the tools and strategies we use to make sense of people we don't know. We are inviting conflict and misunderstanding in ways that have a profound effect on our lives and the world because we don't know how to talk with strangers.
