Comic Camp is an eight week program which will cover the basics of creating a comic book page. Recommended for teens.
In a series of lectures and labs students will learn how to create a finished comic book page. We will be covering writing, penciling, inking and computer coloring. Students should have a basic knowledge of drawing as this program focuses on applying said skills to the creation of sequential art.

The Hiawassee Branch began as a bookmobile station in 1962 and was first known as the Pine Hills Library. In later moves the branch became the West Colonial branch and in March 2000, Hiawassee. In early 2010, the Hiawassee Branch moved to a new home near the corner of Hiawassee Road and West Colonial Drive in the Highland Lakes shopping plaza.
