It's time to get your heart and feet moving with this jazz-centered dance lesson! Recommended for adults.
This event will include a brief history lesson on the origins of the Shim Sham line dance and the creation of the Lindy Hop dance style. Attendees will be given a dance lesson on how to perform the Shim Sham line dance. Attendees are recommended to wear non-stick shoes or socks for the event.

The Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library.
