The UF/IFAS Extension Family Nutrition Program (FNP) is a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education that offers free programs to limited-resources families using evidence-based approaches to eat healthier and to be active on a budget. FNP strives to decrease chronic disease and improve the quality of life at every age. In addition, FNP provides community-based environmental approaches to increase food access and encourage healthier food choices.

The Eatonville Library is located in the Town of Eatonville's Zora Neale Hurston Square. Eatonville is known as the oldest incorporated African American municipality in the United States.
The Eatonville Branch is a children's library featuring material and programming for children through the sixth grade. The branch serves the residents that make up the four residential quadrants of Eatonville - Calhoun, Catalina Park, Eaton Pointe, and Lake Lovely Estates. The collection, programs, and services are also available to all Orange County residents including residents of the City of Maitland and Winter Park through reciprocal borrowing.
