Lomo Saltado is a stir-fried beef dish found all across Peru. Learn about the delicious fusion of Chinese and Peruvian cuisine as you follow along and immerse in the Hispanic culture.
Recommended for families with children 8-18.
Ingredients include but are not limited to:
1 pound of beef tenderloin, skirt steak, or other tender and flavorful quick-cooking steak
Cooking Oil
Salt
1 Red Onion
2 medium tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 bunch of cilantro leaves
Ground black pepper, to taste
