Join Jessica Daly to learn about dyslexia and where you can locate free trustworthy information in order to better equip and assist your child in their educational journey.
Dyslexia is defined as difficulty reading. When children are learning to read and write in kindergarten and first grade, it is not uncommon for them to misinterpret a “b” as a “d,” a “6” as a “9,” the word on as no, and so forth. The brain is reversing, inverting, or mis sequencing the information it receives from the eyes. Learn more by joining Jessica Daly and gaining more information about dyslexia and where you can locate free trustworthy information in order to better equip and assist your child in their educational journey.
Presenter: Jessica Daly, Faculty Librarian and Assistant Professor with Advent Health University
