Join Robin Rountree, with the Alzheimer's & Dementia Resource Center, for a discussion on what people who are living the longest in the “Blue Zones” can teach us about living a longer life.

This seminar is part of a quarterly LIFE Information for Elders Branching Out Series. To register, please email OfficeonAging@ocfl.net or call 407-836-7446.

When you are registering, either by email or phone, please specify the event by adding the title name or series that you are registering for. (For example: "I would like to register for the How to live to 100: Habits of the World’s Healthiest People event at the West Oaks Branch in June on Wednesday, June 28th at 12 pm" or "I would like to register for all of the LIFE Information Branching Out Series events in 2023"). 

Space is limited and registration is required.
