Learn what kids can do to be a better friend and make the world a better place through anti-bullying and relationship building activities. Recommended for ages 6-8.
Participants will learn how their actions impact others, understand how our differences make us special, and find ways to express kindness through group activities and crafts. Located in a small "Florida Cracker" style building, with an appealing wrap-around porch, the Windermere branch has an interesting history that spans over four decades. Begun as a town library, it became a branch of the Orange County Library System in August 1991. The current building was constructed through the efforts and the generous donations of many Windermere residents, including those of the Franklin P. Chase Family.
Per CDC guidance, people may choose to mask at any time. People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask. Stay home if you are sick or if you have been in close contact with a person with COVID-19.
