Take your first step into Pro Tools. Explore the environment of the most popular professional audio program and understand workflows that pros use. This class is taught by Melrose Center Instructors.
Master setting up your session, use common editing tools and effectively manage tracks to begin working like a pro in Pro Tools.
Required Skills: Ability to navigate and open programs in the Mac OS X operating system. Basic understanding of physics of sound and digital audio theory, including sample rate and bit depth.
Recommended Prerequisite: Fundamentals of Sound for Audio Engineering
Recommended Audience: Adults
*Please note: ProTools software is recommended but not required to attend
This event occurs online through Zoom. Please provide your email at registration to participate. A device with access to the internet and speakers or headsets are required. An email will be sent before the event with more information on how to join. Registration closes 1 hour before event.
