Get up and move! Listen to the story “How Do You Dance?” by Thyra Heder while learning popular dance moves done throughout the last 100 years. Recommended for families with children 3-12.
In this event, we will read the story How Do You Dance? By Thyra Heder. We will invite the entire family to create dancing figures using an array of mixed materials. At the end of the program, families will participate in creating a group dance routine based on their favorite dance moves learned throughout the decades or in the picture book. Families will benefit from using their creativity and motor movement. Registration required.
