Learn ancient Qigong practice with modern day Qigong instructor Jasmine Win. Her joyful and relaxing approach will put you at ease and allow you to practice at your own pace & ability.
The class includes 5 elemental healing powers of water, wood, fire, earth and metal using gentle movements & mindful breathing which will balance your energy to facilitate the transformative healing of your mind, body and spirit. The benefits include but not limited to: improving mobility, increasing flexibility, reducing stress and cultivating vitality. All levels are welcome to join the practice!
