This class will focus on why and how we should incorporate vegetables into our daily diet. Explore how veggies help reduce chronic inflammation, control blood pressure, contain fiber, and reduce the risk of developing diabetes. Veggies are also filled with cancer-fighting nutrients and antioxidants.
The recipe will be a stir fry that contains red and yellow peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, red onions, carrots, and broccoli with pita chips on the side.
