This class is a (3-part) project with classes on 09/05/2023, 09/12/2023, and 09/26/2023. from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
This is an online class hosted through Zoom. You will receive an email with a link to access the Zoom before the event from your event host.
A computer with access to the internet and speakers or headsets are required. A webcam and microphone are suggested to fully participate. Please note that Zoom allows you to share your video and audio with the group. If you choose to enable these settings, you are consenting to appear on audio and video. This event is not being recorded and we ask that out of courtesy to the other participants, please refrain from screen captures, photography or resharing information about the participants or the discussion outside of this event.
If using a mobile device, Android and iOS users must install the Zoom App (App Store | Play Store). However, please note interactivity may be limited. Additional information will be included in the email from your event host.
Class Duration: 3 parts, 1.5 hours per part
Age Requirements: 13-Adult, 11-12 with accompanying adult
Recommended Prerequisite: Crochet Levels 1 and 2
Required Skills: Someone who easily handles standard stitches and can follow simple patterns.

Required Materials: Students must bring the following materials to complete the project:

Please Note: Students must bring a printed copy of the pattern or be able to access it on a mobile device.
- Medium/worsted (4) yarn
- Approximately 4 oz in tan (or any neutral tone) for the borders, mushroom stems, and bag straps
- Approximately 4oz in green (or any earthy tone) for the circle background of the granny square)
- Small amounts of red, orange, yellow, or similar colors for the mushroom caps
- Size G (4 – 4.5 mm) Hook, or hook size recommended for selected yarn
- Yarn/tapestry needle
*If you do not have the suggested materials, please use any materials you have on hand. At the start of class, please inform the instructor if you are using materials other than those suggested.
