Join KeyVion Miller, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, as she discusses how to read the Nutrition Facts label. Learn helpful tips on how to make healthier food choices when you are grocery shopping.
KeyVion Miller is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Culinary Nutrition Certification. Registered Dietitians are food and nutrition experts with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. She has experience helping people manage high blood pressure, high cholesterol, as well as diabetes to name a few. KeyVion has been featured in publications like The Food Network, Live Strong, and The Healthy. She enjoys helping people use simple strategies to maximize healthy eating habits.
