This is an online class hosted through Zoom. You will receive an email with a link to access the Zoom before the event from your event host.  

A computer with access to the internet and speakers or headsets are required. A webcam and microphone are suggested to fully participate. Please note that Zoom allows you to share your video and audio with the group. If you choose to enable these settings, you are consenting to appear on audio and video.
