Cuentame un Cuento is an interactive bilingual storytime featuring books and songs in English and Spanish that are suitable for speakers of either language. Recommended for ages 3-5.
This event is Literary Focused: It utilizes books and activities such as fingerplays, stretches and songs to model the best practices for teaching children and caregivers the early literacy skills found in Every Child Ready to Read (reading, writing, singing, talking and playing). This program is both for the beginner’s Spanish speaker and the beginner’s English speaker. Recommended for ages 3-5.
