Join the Southwest Library for a walk outdoors at Nehrling Gardens followed by discussion of Go As a River by Shelly Read. This novel explores the natural world and a coming-of-age story of a 1940's teenager running her family's peach farm in Colorado. The novel is inspired by true events. 

Print and electronic formats of the book are available (Orange County Library card required to check-out material).

Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Feel free to bring  water and a light snack. Exercise your mind and body!
