Would you like some help understanding how to use your mobile devices? Bring your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to class and present your questions and inqueries.
Topics covered in sessions include navigating your device; accessing library WIFI; adjusting device settings; downloading, deleting and updating apps; accessing your existing email account (Required: username and password) and launching the internet.
A staff member may refer you to a class if you require in-depth assistance such as, but not limited to, setting up an email account, editing photos and videos, performing internet research, entering personal information and purchasing items online.
Please note: some inquires may require further research, so we may not be able to answer every question.
Session time is limited to 30 minutes per person.
(BYOD) means bring your own device.
