Practice techniques of mindfulness and meditation for well-being and vibrancy. Taught by Rev. Dr. Viviana Collazo, founder and director of Luminous Holistic Center.
Viviana has been conducting classes, retreats, workshops and certifications on Yoga, Meditation, Eastern Philosophy subjects, Ayurveda, Metaphysics, Reiki, and other Energy Balancing methods for over 22 years. As founder and director of Luminous Holistic Center, she conducts Yoga and Meditation Teacher Programs, Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certifications and Energy Healing Trainings. Viviana is dedicated to the holistic field in her community, around the Central Florida area and out of state, by serving as a spiritual counselor, meditation facilitator, yoga teacher, and energy balancing practitioner.
Registration required. All levels welcome. Bring your own mat or cushion. Chairs will be provided if needed. Intended for ages 15+

The Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
