Virtual: Little Chef: Key Lime Pie Parfait

Crush and layer ingredients to make one of Florida’s famous treats! This no-bake layered dessert you allow your little one explore texture and new flavors that will make their taste buds jump!

This online event will include a recipe. If you would like to participate, the following materials are recommended: 

Ingredients:

• Honey graham crackers
• 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Lime
• 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
  
  • Stores sell this in bottles or you can squeeze key limes before the program
• Canned whipped cream (optional, recommended if you do not have an electric mixer)
• If you'd prefer to make mini pies instead of parfaits, purchase mini graham cracker pie crusts

Kitchen Tools:

• Hand mixer or stand mixer (optional but highly recommended)
• Can opener
• 2 bowls
• Measuring cups and spoons
• Mixing spoons
• Whisk
• 1 gallon bag
• Small cups or bowls for serving
