Explore families and feelings through stories, rhymes and activities designed to help preschoolers develop skills to become readers and succeed in kindergarten. Recommended for ages 4-5.

This is week 4 of a 6 week series.

This six-part series helps preschoolers strengthen the early literacy skills needed to excel in kindergarten and provides caregivers with tools and resources to continue learning at home. In order to fully experience this series, please register and attend all six sessions.

Recommended Audience: Adults and children ages 4-5.

About the branch

The Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
